I work as a banquet server so I deal with people all the time. Now that am the general manager I deal with all the problems that the guess didn’t like or have a problem with. One time we had a problem in the dinner, because the guess had call the day be for about to make a reservation, but she came late to the reservation and the hostess gave there sits to some else be for them. So she want it to talk to someone and I was the only manager at the moment. The way that I approached her was in a come way because I know she was mad you could have see it in her face. So I took her to the side because I didn’t want the other guess to hear what she wanted it to say to me. So when I was there I didn’t say anything to her I let her talk and express how she felt after she was done I told her I was devastated on what had happened and that we will take care of it that I was going to put her in the bar till a table open up for her and her guested and that the bill was in the house today and that I will check up on her every 10 minutes to see if everything was okay. But also I have to look out for people that want to take advantage of our good service. Also on how to approached a costumer to feel a welcome, and make them have a good dinner with out making them think how much they are going to spend. Also how to be a good talker buy asking good questions, and not to ask yes or no questions because that doesn’t tell you anything about the people, and how to read there body signals on what they want or are interested on. The key is to have the right skills to approach a problem.          

One of the ad that I like a lot is Allstate TV Ad: Pink SUV Mayhem. At first when I saw it is a guy with a pick suv and he is acting like if he was a girl. In his conversation that his having on the phone his talking to his/her best friend about she kissing her best friend and the guy/girl that is driving likes the guy her best friend kiss. And she stops looking where she’s going and stars driving into the park cars. That maybe her insures will not cover it because she drove into the car because she was talking in the phone. I think this ad is for your young people that drive, special people that take over there emotions else people that have cars because she drives into cars that are park. Well for me it got to me that I need to get insures because am young and am having my first car. First because if one day I go out and I come back to my car and its all crash I will like that my insures will fix it with out me having to put anything because it was not my fault. Also if am driving and I get into on crash I don’t want to end up paying for everything and having my license taking away because I didn’t have insures. Also one of the most important things was that after he crashes in to the car he keeps going. Most insures will not cover if the car runs and you didn’t get the other persons information. Which that is not good because many people run because they don’t have insures is not there car or they don’t want to pay for what they just did. I like how they use real life situations that could happen to a girl when they get emotional and how they use humor to get peoples attention.        

Global warming is something that is happing now and will keep on happing until people learn about it and fully understand it. They will not stop and can’t stop it until people learn how to help and stop global warming. 

 I do almost all my research is from Google.  Google is a very easy way of doing research and fast, and many people use it. They’re a lot of good information they give people if they know how to use it. But now lets talk about the privacy of Google and people using it are being track buy Google, and how people don’t have and privacy anymore. When you have a Google account they will ask for real personal information about there self. To post it up so people can see your person information, which is bad because that how people still from one self. Also they look at what you search and how many times you see one thing. Which I think that really weir for someone to know what you are looking for at all times, and be watching everything you do. Also it has a gps that will know where are you at all times and the place that you are. Which I think that really bad because it doesn’t let you have no privacy, makes it seen like you have person in back of you that you never see or know who it is. This may all seem bad but it can be control my editing your profile and seeing what you want and what you don’t want. Also I think this has a really good posited way on seen what people are looking for. For example if some was to do something bad you will see that they are looking for weapons online and planning something bad, and people can stop them be for they even try to do it. Also in a case of someone going missing they can look for them in the last place they where and who they where talking to which can fine that person or have on idea what happen. This knew privacy setting have its ups and downs but people can adjust on what they like.   

I think for some one to make an impressive speech they should know how to talk clear, so people could here him/her in any situation.  Also talk about something that is important and exciting for people to hear and have an interest. The person that is talking should know what they are talking about at all times, They should know there stuff from top to button and everything in between. They also have to see what type of people they are talking to for example in younger people it has to be different from older people. For younger people they have to talk about what’s good for them and their future so they could do better to have more things to do, have a catch to them we like things simple and brief. For older people they would like to here more detail more information that will not change things that could be said in a few words.  In my experience the person that I liked was a teacher in high school. Because every time she talked she knew what she was saying the whole time and she gave out real life examples that could put yourself in that situation. The words she used where perfect they made you feel like you where there. Also you can catch the audience attention by not repeating the same thing over and over again. If you do the people will get bored of hearing the something over. People don’t like to hear what they already know, they like to hear new things, things that will affect what’s going to happen in there future. Also putting real life experience when they talk is good, because the people that are hearing know that it happen to someone and it could happen to them. To have a good speech people have to say what people want to hear.

For this blog I use yahoo news because that where I get my news from. I think that every author has a way of thinking about something. Even though they don’t want to, but there opinion on it emotion and a way of thinking always gets in the way. Also the position that some one sees something has on in pack on how someone will see a story. The news that I think had a lot of choices and reflecting was “A $100,00 factory job. Whats uncool about that?” I  think this story is a very good because it was two choices that people that think that a factory job is the thing of the pass. And that every one should had a college diploma to have a high paying job. But it also has its own way of thinking how the author is framing the picture. It has me thinking that I don’t need a diploma to get a high paying job I could just be a factory worker. Also from the article it has what people think of factory workers that everyone puts it to the side no one takes much care about dose types of jobs. That even tv shows and famous people don’t talk about dose type of work because it doesn’t sound good for anyone. That a factory work is the thing of the pass that it’s a low paying job. But the truth is that they need more people to work there and its because a better paying job. About 60k to 100k per year, and that’s with out having a diploma. This makes it sees that a diploma doesn’t matter to get good money like everyone say it dose. Because everyone tells children from when they start school that they need to go to go college to get a good job and have a good life. No told them about a factory job, everyone has the wrong idea about a factory job that they are for poor people that could not make it to college. But now they are making more money them people with diplomas because there no jobs for them.  

I do think that online information cause people to become more entrenched in their beliefs. First because it’s so easier to go online and get information on anything a person wants to know. How essay it is to read it and fine information on what you want to know. For now this days its to essay to get any information anyone wants. I also think is faster on getting information now because of the technology we have now. Also people use online information to get to everyone now, because everyone is using it. For example President Obama use online information to help his election to become president and it work. He even made money to help his election and didn’t spend any money on doing that. A lot more people like to read online information and not the newspaper or watch the news on tv, because there they can not get more information up to what they see or read. But in a computer you can read more about something that happen and get information on the contrast on how each step happen without missing something in between. On what information you like the most, like on social networks you read information your friends have but or just things you can read online, because now everything has a connection to a social network you will like something and it comes up to all your friends you like a type of information, and they made like it to and that’s how information is pass not buy online information. Also information on what people think to like to fine if something is right or wrong, and people can know on what people say about something you like. Now for something to be truth you have to see it online and people have to talk about it, because if someone tells you and you don’t see it online you will think there just lying. Now this days people can fine more information on what they belief is truth, and technology makes it easier for as to get information.        

For me friends in the social networks are not problematic because dose friends are different from the friends you see everyday or had had special moments with. The friends I have in Facebook or any social network are only people I want to cache up with or just add it because they want to meet me or I want to meet them.  The word Friends in the social networks just means people that you can get to know them or have some interest that you like that are the same. But also friends means that you get to make up and choice your own family you like it to be. Get to chaise the brother you always want it or sister that she can come to you when you want advise from someone. Social network makes it a lot easier to talk to that girl that you don’t want to talk to in school because your to shy to, because in the social network you can be a different person that your not when you see them in person.  Like me in school am a very shy person and don’t talk a lot because I don’t know what to say or how to start talking to someone or relate to that person so we can talk.  But having that person as a friend in the social network its easer to talk because you can see what they like and see if you have the same interest in things like sports or school or where have they travel too. From there you can have on idea on what to tell them and say to them. But there is more you can talk to people that are across the country and get to know a little about how life is different in different parts of the world.  But have to be careful because not because that person is a friend in the social network doesn’t mean it’s a friend its just a name that people put for people.
